Have I mentioned James Paul, a masseuse I met? I first met him about 3 years ago in a seminar, but we didn’t interact. Regina started seeing him for a massage and bragged on him. Then Melissa was in the hospital with Payden, so I was missing my weekly massage before getting on the plane to Mexico.
So I made an appointment with him on Friday, July 10th, at 4:00 p.m. Regina was finishing her appointment when I got there so the three of us sat and talked. I immediately connected with James Paul. I told her, “I love him already!” His energy felt open, accepting, no, actually welcoming. I felt warm and safe in his space. He worked on my neck. I filled out his form then gave him the lowdown on my health. He honored me for the path I have chosen to take honoring my health and finding my imbalances. He worked on my heels, releasing some tension and familiarizing himself with my body and restrictions. LOL. He called my neck muscle guitar strings because they were so taunt, I felt a strong connection to him and a feeling that he was in my life to teach me something. I saw him again the next day, July 11, after a good night’s sleep and a neck that wasn’t as tight. I enjoyed his company and our conversation.
