I felt exhausted after 2018. Honestly, I did not have the energy to do much. My friends helped with cooking through Spring Break. I stopped juicing. I became lax on my eating habits, as opposed to strictly watching the quality of everything that went into my mouth. I didn’t experiment like I usually do. And I really didn’t take my supplements very often either.
I didn’t journal much in 2019. Instead just made a few notes of the things I did. I set up my blog posts by month and added the few notes that I took. The few journal posts from the year are included.
