I have been using iodine regularly, increasing the dose to 150 mg/day. My armpit and the tumor feel swollen. I feel tired (but I had a long weekend that was great fun). I noticed a “rash” under my left armpit also.

Another interesting difference is that my breast tissue feels different. It feels enlarged, softer, like a sponge that has soaked up water after being dry for so long. And the feel of the tissue was vascular, or like thick pieces of spaghetti grouped together in small piles. The tumor now is a slightly larger and harder pile, but it feels more vascular also. 

Today I feel like my body is a battleground.
