2/2, Earning his Eagle! – After years of hard work, learning, growing, experiencing partnership, leadership, mulch sales, and camping, my son earned his Boy Scout Eagle Scout Rank. It required a lot of encouragement, creative strategizing, volunteering, and driving on my part. It was worth every second. The ceremony included four boys. Many of our family attended. My quiet, introverted son wrote and gave a speech. I was very proud of him.

2/8, Ultrasound – No change in the size of the lymph nodes and no evidence of spreading.

2/12, Dr Sones – Affirmation for my ultrasound: I trust that I am healing as fast as possible!! Affirmation for my gums to heal: Impatient – I am going to live in the now.

2/13, TCM Consult – I thought I would seek out a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner. After looking at many websites, I chose one and went for a consultation. This practice does packages. I set an appointment for the 20th, but didn’t pay for the package. I told them I would think about it and pay on the 20th.   

2/20, Appointment with TCM – I cancelled the appointment. I didn’t get a strong vibe that this was the place for me.
