I had already emailed a copy of the MRI picture to Dr. Allibone. I brought a copy of the MRI report from 2/15/2018 with me. He reviewed my reports, the latest picture, and previous Greek, blood, and urine test results. He ensured I was taking the supplements designated by the Greek test as having an effect on my cancer cells.
We discussed the MRI (contrast vs no contrast) – in his opinion the surgeon should have requested contrast as it can show more detail, density, etc., as well as showing cancerous and non-cancerous parts of the tumor – and whether I should repeat the test with dye.
Since my Greek test was in February, he felt we should run it again to see if my circulating tumor cells (CTC) decreased, as he suspects will be the case.
