Or is it “the challenge of the enemas”?
This morning I tried the Sangre de Drago – I added 7 or 8 drops to 8 oz of cold water and chugged it.
And now for the challenging enemas. I haven’t been able to hold much liquid for very long. So I decided to try a pre-coffee enema of water with a bit of apple cider vinegar, as I had played with yesterday. I used 8 cups of fluid before I felt able to hold any liquid for more than 3 minutes. And it isn’t like I had much fecal matter to clean out. Mostly it was little bits and pieces of undigested lettuce leaves or tomato skin, that sort of thing.
Success! I had 4 cups of coffee, and I held about 3 cups for 15 minutes. I used the last cup with the addition of Frankincense as an implant. I had noticed that if I had a small amount of coffee go into my colon (approximately 1 cup) that it never came out. I was a little weirded out that it would absorb into my system.
So I did what I always do and I headed to the internet. I learned what an implant was while I was doing research on Saturday on other fluids to use in enemas.
