10 a.m.: I am a little freaked out.
I have grooves in my head, behind my ears. Yesterday I noticed that my face was thinner. And no, I haven’t lost weight. Melissa, my soul sister, close friend and massage therapist, said that she would meet me at home.
5:30 p.m.: Melissa took a few minutes to check in with my lymphatic system (by the way, Melissa has probably been doing lymphatic drainage massage on me for the last 10 years, so she is very familiar with my system). She says that for the first time my lymph is flowing correctly in my head, face and neck; that I have actually slimmed down in the neck area too. Wow!
No more inflammation. Wow! I am calmly excited. I can’t wait to see what this means for the rest of my body.
Oh, and the grooves, they are where the lymph channels are. They have always been “congested” and inflamed so I only felt puffiness.
