When doing my research, I found a website called Chris Beat Cancer (www.chrisbeatcancer.com). Chris had Stage IIIc colon cancer. He had surgery, but opted out of chemotherapy, instead relying on his spiritual connection to find healing.
Chris came to Houston to visit and here are my notes from his presentation:
- All cancer is metastatic, at origination of tumor.
- Chris received a book in the mail (he believes as an answer to a prayer) called God’s Way to Ultimate Health to start his healing journey.
- Use raw foods and juicing to overdose on nutrition.
- 10 servings of fruit and vegetables are optimum for cancer prevention and healing.
- 100,000 nutritional science studies are published every year … interestingly MD Anderson has one of the biggest nutritional/botanical science research groups (see www.pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov).
- His Daily Regimen: 64 oz of vegetable juice daily (mostly carrot); 2 giant salads (allium and cruciferous families); and 1 fruit smoothie.
- “Lost*” moments lead to mini-miracles.
- There are days he felt better and days he felt worse.
- Cancer death rates have only improved by 5% since the 1950s.
- All cancer patients that Chris has talked to had chronic stress. Chronic stress suppresses the immune system and promotes inflammation.
- Forgiveness lowers stress.
- Supplements he used: D3, Vitamin C from whole foods, turmeric, aloe vera, moringa, beta glucans, and prebiotics (starchy vegetables).
- He also used fermented vegetables (kombucha, apple cider vinegar, sauerkraut, kefir) to help the gut, which in turn helps the immune system.
- Find a Healing Strong group for alternative healing from cancer.
- Research holistic dentist at iaomt.org.
- Research RGCC Labs for the Greek test to monitor circulating stem cells.
- Use high-dose Vitamin C; poly MVA and coffee enemas (for liver detox).
* To me, “lost” moments are those when you don’t know what direction to go into. In these moments I turn to prayer and / or mediation. Note: I define prayer as asking for something and mediation as listening. Sometimes prayer and meditation cause me to be introspective; I look inside for the answers; they seem to download into my consciousness. When I become introspective all sorts of things pop up. Other times I am led down the right path or I find something that shows up. For Chris it was a book. For me it was a sign. (See journal article dated 6/18/2017 for one of those times and the miracle that showed up for me.) And many of those things are mind-blowing. I class them in the realm of miraculous.
