So on June 13 I went to see Chris for a Crystal Light Table energy session.

We did an energy session first, evaluating my chakras, multi-dimensional body, karmic energy, attachments, etc. [For more information see www.chris-carpentier.com.] Chris told me that I am an empath. (Oddly, I have never thought of myself as an empath. I will have to put some thought into this.) One of the things that really made an impression on him is that my challenges in this life are karmic, due to a life where I treated other people poorly.

My filter must have been off, because I responded, “You mean I was an ASSHOLE?!” He laughed.

I feel very offended since in this lifetime I am very concerned with helping people.

Chris also told me that my 3rd, 4th, and 5th chakras were blocked. The 3rd is the solar plexus and is the seat of anger. The 4th is the heart and I have had my heart hurt a lot. The 5th chakra is the throat and speaking your truth. During the Crystal Light Table session, I relaxed, keeping my mind open for anything out of the ordinary. Nothing noteworthy happened, except I got the strong message that I need to write. (Okay, but write what?)
